Yes! Both Ichumma's Inn and Ichumma's Neo are on the same 5-acre estate. Groups of up to 40 guests can book both villas together. Contact us directly to arrange a combined booking.
We typically accept bookings for a minimum of 1 night, though 2-night stays are recommended to fully enjoy everything the estate has to offer.
No — both villas operate as full-house exclusive bookings only. Your group gets the entire villa to yourselves, with no shared spaces or other guests.
The Villas
It means the entire villa — all bedrooms, bathrooms, common areas, pool and outdoor spaces — is reserved exclusively for your group. No strangers, no shared facilities.
Ichumma's Inn can host up to 15 guests (including children). Ichumma's Neo can host up to 25 guests (including children). Together, both villas can host up to 40 guests.
Yes, the maximum occupancy includes children. Infants (under 2 years) are generally not counted — please mention this when enquiring.
Ichumma's Inn (3 bedrooms, 1 floor, up to 15 guests) is ideal for smaller groups and families looking for a warm, traditional Kerala atmosphere. Ichumma's Neo (4 bedrooms, 2 floors, up to 25 guests) is better for larger groups who want a more contemporary, spacious setting. Both villas share the same 5-acre estate.
Amenities & Facilities
Yes. Both villas have their own separate private pools. When you book a villa, the pool is exclusively for your group — not shared with anyone else.
On-call staff can prepare authentic Kerala meals on request. Please inform us in advance about dietary preferences or special requirements and we'll arrange everything.
Yes, free Wi-Fi is available at both villas.
Yes, free parking is available for multiple vehicles. We also have EV charging facilities for electric vehicles.
Yes, both villas have a backup generator so your stay is not disrupted in the event of power outages.
The pool is available from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Children must be supervised by adults at all times near the pool.
Yes, all bedrooms in both villas are air conditioned.
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in is from 2:00 PM onwards. Check-out is by 11:00 AM.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available subject to the booking schedule. Please request in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Approximately 90–100 km from Calicut International Airport (CCJ), roughly a 2.5–3 hour drive depending on traffic.
Approximately 270–290 km from Bangalore, roughly 6–7 hours by road via Mysore and Kalpetta.
Yes, the road is accessible by car and even larger vehicles like tempo travellers. The surrounding roads are typical of Wayanad hill terrain — scenic and well-maintained. We recommend arriving before dark for the first visit.
Pricing & Cancellation
Ichumma's Inn is priced at ₹20,000 per night. Ichumma's Neo is priced at ₹22,000 per night (introductory offer). Rates may vary by season — contact us for current pricing and packages.
The price covers full-house exclusive use of the villa, the private pool, all common areas, free Wi-Fi, free parking, EV charging and backup power. Meals are available on request at an additional charge.
Cancellations made 7 or more days before check-in are fully refundable. No refund for cancellations within 7 days of check-in or for no-shows.
Booking directly with us means no platform service fees, more flexible terms, and direct contact with the hosts. We can also create custom packages for large groups, arrange special experiences, and book both villas together for big gatherings.
