Day Events
These additional guidelines apply specifically to Day Event bookings — marriage receptions, birthday celebrations, corporate gatherings and similar functions at the Full Estate.
🏛️
Venue Use — Organiser's Responsibility
- ✓ We provide the property exclusively for use. All arrangements — catering, furniture, décor, entertainment, staffing and logistics — are entirely the organiser's responsibility.
- ✓ Guest count must be confirmed and agreed upon in advance. The property must not be used beyond the agreed headcount.
- ✓ Any local permits, noise clearances or event licences required by local authorities are the sole responsibility of the organiser.
🛡️
Property Care & Damages
- ✓ Every precaution must be taken to protect the property — including the house structures, interior furnishings, lawn areas, pool surrounds and all outdoor features.
- ✓ Any damage caused during the event will be assessed at the conclusion of the day and must be fully settled before the organisers leave the premises.
- ✓ Organisers are financially liable for all damage, breakage or loss caused by event guests.
🎀
Decorations
- ✓ Decorations must not be fixed in any way that damages walls, ceilings, floors, pillars or any structural surface — nails, screws, strong adhesive tape and similar fixings are not permitted.
- ✓ All decorations, props and display materials must be fully removed and the premises left in a clean condition by the close of the event.
- ✓ Fireworks, sky lanterns and open pyrotechnics are strictly prohibited.
🍽️
Catering & Waste Management
- ✓ All catering, cooking arrangements and food service are entirely managed by the event organisers.
- ✓ Management of food waste — including collection, segregation and disposal — is the sole responsibility of the organising team.
- ✓ The property must be left free of food waste, litter and catering equipment at the close of the event.
🔊
Sound Systems & Power
- ✓ Organisers requiring large sound systems, stage lighting or other high-draw electrical equipment must arrange their own external generator — the property's mains supply is not designed for event-scale loads.
- ✓ Sound levels must remain within limits respectful of the surrounding neighbourhood.
- ✓ All sound equipment and generators must be removed from the premises at the end of the event.
👶
Child Safety
- ✓ The safety of all children attending the event is the sole responsibility of the event organisers and the children's guardians.
- ✓ Children must be supervised by responsible adults at all times, particularly near the pool, water features and open lawn areas.
- ✓ We strongly recommend organisers designate a dedicated adult to oversee child safety throughout the event.
🚗
Parking & Event Timings
- ✓ Parking arrangements for guests must be planned and coordinated by the organiser in advance — please discuss with management before the event date.
- ✓ Event start and end times must be agreed upon with management prior to booking. All activities must conclude, and the premises vacated, by the agreed time.
