House Rules & Policies – Ichumma's Inn, Wayanad
Please take a moment to read through the guidelines to ensure a comfortable and memorable stay.
1. General Rules
- Only full-house bookings are allowed. No individual room bookings are available.
- Maximum occupancy is limited to the number confirmed during booking.
- Government-issued photo ID is required for all adult guests.
2. Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in time: 2:00 PM onwards
- Check-out time: 11:00 AM
- Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon prior request.
3. House Rules
- Please respect the peaceful surroundings and avoid loud noise after 10:00 PM.
- Smoking is not permitted inside the house.
- Pets are not allowed, unless explicitly approved prior to booking.
4. Swimming Pool Guidelines
- Pool usage is allowed between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM.
- Children must be supervised by adults at all times.
- No diving or running near the pool area.
5. Barbeque & Campfire Policies
- Campfire and barbeque can be arranged upon request.
- Guests are responsible for maintaining safety around fire sources.
- Please inform the staff if you need assistance with lighting or setup.
6. Visitors
- Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
- Daytime visitors must be approved by the host in advance.
7. Damages & Liability
- Guests are liable for any damage caused to the property or items therein.
- Please report any accidental damage immediately to the management.
8. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 7 days prior to check-in are fully refundable.
- No refund for cancellations within 7 days of the stay or for no-shows.
9. Privacy Policy
- Guest information will be used solely for booking and stay-related communication.
- We do not share guest data with any third parties.
